local lodge 478 News  Rail Talks Back on Track3/13/2002Negotiations for a new agreement on the nation’s railroads have been slated for March 13 and 14, reports Robert Reynolds, president and directing general chairman, IAM District 19. “This is a tedious process,” he notes. “If no progress is made here, we will devote our full efforts to applying pressure to the National Mediation Board and to Congress to move these talks along.”
